What we do?

Anyone can draw - we ensure those drawings

are coordinated, buildable, and technically sound

RegWorks is a highly experienced Architectural Technology Practise based in Dorset - ideally placed to work across the South of England. We can easily service projects nationally and internationally.

RegWorks strongly believes that each project deserves time and attention to get it right.

Here is how we do it …

Consult &

advise

We aim for early engagement in your project for several reasons. Whilst this enables us to better understand your objectives, restraints and time scales it also greatly benefits you. By onboarding early, you increase your workflow and productivity whilst simultaneously decreasing risk and needless monetary expense. Let us save you time and money by spotting issues before they happen or you even put a spade in the ground.

Explore &

amend

Before jumping into full drawings, we explore the design and test the key layouts. We check for missing info, coordination issues, and design weaknesses — helping you resolve them before they become costly mistakes.

Working

drawings

We produce detailed, regulation-compliant working drawings that are clear, accurate, and ready for use on site. These drawings form the foundation of a smooth, well-run construction phase.

Finishing

touches

We carry out final checks, coordinate with consultants, and refine every detail. From buildability to compliance, we make sure your drawings are polished, complete, and ready for tender or construction.

We can stay involved during the build phase, offering support when and where you need it. From answering site queries to updating drawings or liaising project stakeholders, our support can be tailored to suit your project — giving you added confidence through to completion.

  • Unlike most architectural designers, we don’t split our focus with planning work. RegWorks specialises in technical design only - so your drawings are more detailed, compliant, and buildable from day one.

  • The earlier, the better. We’re most effective when involved at RIBA Stage 3 (Developed Design) or Stage 4 (Technical Design), ensuring smooth progression to construction and compliance.

  • RegWorks is based in the South of England and operates nationally, offering remote and hybrid support across the UK.

  • No - we work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects of varying scales.

  • We offer both - depending on the scope. For standard projects, we provide clear, fixed-fee packages. For more complex or bespoke requirements, we tailor our services accordingly.
